Picking Up Beautiful Girls In The Post-Apocalyptic World!

Yuuma hasn’t used her power in a long time since she has been hiding from the Celestials, but that doesn’t mean that she got any weaker! The blast she just shot out was stronger than any skill a white star could ever produce! She and Dyana are the only ones who can fight against the cyborgs and they were standing at the two doors of the room to make sure that no cyborg got too close. The other girls are busy making sure that Rin is calm because of the baby.

Yuuma already heard what Paladin said. He is here for the baby and he wants to kill everyone here just to get it. There is no way in hell that they will let that happen!

Once Yuuma’s cannon died down, she saw that the entire upper body portion of the android was gone! Only the legs were still standing and after some time the legs also fell to the ground, dead. The android might have once been aÂCelestial, but it was no longer immortal because it was dead already after Paladin took the system from them! Yuuma could easily kill them with enough firepower! She just wished that they weren’t her own people. They didn’t want any of this and it is all Paladin’s fault for doing this to them!

Once Yuuma was sure that the android was dead, she turned around and saw the other girls were already moving towards the next room. They had to start moving! From what Yuuma heard outside it was obvious that all the guards there were already dead! They will not be able to stay here anymore!

Yuuma looked at the pregnant Rin and she gained a worried expression on her face! Where the hell are you, Han!? We need you to come back now!

Outside the castle, the army was fighting like their lives depended on it! Well, it did. The Androids that Paladin brought with him were very strong! Any one of the Androids could take on five to ten white stars on their own! The chosen here were mainly white stars so they did not have as much power as the androids! It would take a strong black star to be able to take down the android alone, but all the black stars were busy handling paladin! And damn, Paladin was kicking their asses!

Paladin dodged around a thrust from Argo’s spear again and he stretched his hand out and caught a second thrust from Rau’s spear! Rau grit his teeth as he thought that Japhat would be able to take down Paladin! Is it not the weapon of a king!? Just how strong is this guy!? Paladin looked Rau right in the eye and he saw that this was just a child. Don’t you know that having a strong weapon doesn’t make you strong!? a weapon is only as good as its wielder!

“Stay away from this fight, child. The adults are talking,”

Paladin said this in a bored tone before he threw Rau to the ground! Paladin didn’t have time to deal with children! Rau shot off like a rocket and slammed into the water below with a great splash! Paladin went back to focusing on the fight as shadows suddenly fell over the entire area above him!

Ai was keeping her shadows up and she squeezed her hand as she activated the skill [Shadow Prison]. Hundreds of shadow tentacles flew out from the darkness and shot straight for Paladin! They were as strong as adamantine and they would be able to trap Paladin so he doesn’t move! Paladin swiped his hand to the side and destroyed all of them before he blasted towards Ai! He was about to hit her but another shadow filled the spot around Ai and transported her to the side! It was Ratte that did this as he activated one of his Nightwalker skills!

Paladin looked towards Ratte with a glare and Ratte almost squeaked in fear as he saw that paladin was now focused on him! But he didn’t let that stop him from pulling out a sword from his system and blocking the charge that Paladin made for him! Ratte grit his teeth and grunted as he held Paladin in place! Ratte cursed as he felt his muscles buckle under the force! Where the fuck is Quinthreath!? I can’t hold him here forever!? Regardless of how he looked, Ratte was the strongest out of all the kings here. He was the one designated to hold paladin in place when they came up with this plan!

Quinthreath was higher in the air and he had his hand up as he activated a high-level wide area skill! Paladin looked up in shock as he saw lightning streaking across the sky before a giant dragon made of lightning suddenly broke out from the sky and roared while charging down at him! Ratte immediately used his journeyman skill to disappear from where he was holding Paladin and Paladin only looked up in annoyance as the dragon came down at him and blew up in a great explosion!

Booooommm!!!!!

The kings held their breath for a second, wishing that this would be enough to at least injure him, but it was obvious that it wouldn’t work! Paladin swiped his hand to the right and cleared all the smoke that came out of the explosion! He still had a small smile on his face as he stared at them! It was obvious that he was finding this entire thing funny! They weren’t even strong enough to be a threat to him! The kings realized that they had to do this another way! They had another plan, but they disregarded it before because they thought it was too dangerous. But it might be their only hope right now.

Quinthreath nodded to Argo and the man grinned devilishly as he swung his spear around and charged straight for the celestial! Argo and Ratte were the main attacking force! They were the only ones that could fight physically with Paladin without dying in the first ten seconds!

Paladin dodged a spear thrown from Argo, only for Ratte to appear behind Paladin and catch the spear before throwing it back at him again! This time, the spear stabbed deep into his shoulder and Paladin grunted as he took the spear and dragged it out with a squelch! He looked up to see that Ai was activating another skill! This time her shadow was formed into a large ball that covered miles on every side of her! Her eyes were pure black as she invoked her strongest offensive spell and activated it at once!

[Shadow Bomb]

Ka-Boom!!!

The explosion was like a supernova! The entire space around Paladin burst into a wide explosion that resounded across the entire floor! But it didn’t stop there! Once the explosion died down, the skill transformed into its second form! [Black Hole]!!

The circle of shadow shrunk down and started to compress Paladin into one spot! The air around Paladin was sucked into the hole and even the water that was in the ocean was coming up to the hole! But even when all this was happening, that smile never left Paladin’s face! He grinned and then activated a single skill [Neutralize]. Everything stopped!

All the skills and all the abilities that they used against him immediately neutralized! Paladin’s body had a lot of injuries but he knew that it wouldn’t even take a minute for him to get everything healed up! But this was exactly their plan! They needed to injure him! Even if was just a little! They needed to injure him so that Gregory can come in!

“Grim Reaper!!! Sever his soul!!!”

Gregory shouted louder than ever before as he appeared right behind Paladin! Paladin’s eyes widened a little as he turned back and saw the giant grim Reaper that was behind him! Gregory’s face was contorted in a look of absolute fury as his hand was pulled back! He just needed one shot! Just one shot to make sure that this bastard died!!

“Who the fuck do you think you’re playing with!?”

Squelch!!!

Paladin grew angry once he saw Gregory! He couldn’t believe they actually tried to use this defective system to kill him! How dare they!? Paladin’s hand shot out faster than anyone has ever seen him move before and he immediately slammed his hand through Gregory’s stomach! Gregory’s eyes widened in shock as he felt the immense pain that shot through him! Shiit!

The grim reaper disappeared from his back and all the kings grimaced as they saw what happened! This is why they didn’t want him to carry out this plan! It was too dangerous! Quinthreath immediately tried to activate a skill that would transport Gregory away but he was shocked when he still saw Gregory move!

[Undying Resolve] has been activated!

Gregory suddenly felt this entire body become filled with energy and he grabbed his scythe tighter before yelling out as he activated two skills! He could only activate two skills now that he didn’t have much strength, so he used every ounce of energy he had to do this much!!

[Shadow Bomb] has been activated!!

[Grim Reaper] has been activated!!

Booommmmm!!

Just before the explosion blasted them apart, Gregory still managed to slash Paladin with his scythe! Gregory flee his energy leaving him completely and he fell into the water below as Paladin was enveloped in an unbelievable explosion!

Quinthreath immediately told Argo to go and get him and Argo quickly flew down to find Gregory! The rest of the kings didn’t let their guards down as they saw something moving inside the dust cloud that surrounded Paladin! Seriously!? He still isn’t dead!? Even after everything that Gregory did!?

“Aigo~ to think that he was that strong. He is just a white star but he can already do something like this to me. What would he be able to do if he was a black star? I should have killed him a long time ago. His system is obviously faulty.”

The smoke cleared to show that Paladin has lost his right arm as well as a large part of his face due to the slash that Gregory gave him! Ai grinned happily as she saw that there was now a handicap at least! Gregory didn’t just waste his life like that! She quickly nodded to Ratte and the two of them blasted off to finish the job! But paladin was no longer smiling!
